Dr. med. Christoph Bischoff-Everding
Managing Director and Partner
Dr. med. Christoph Bischoff-Everding (*1958) began his medical career in surgery at the University Clinic of Berlin. In 1994, after gaining clinical experience in the areas of heart, thorax and vascular surgery, and transplanation and intensive care medicine, and becoming a qualified specialist, he switched to an advisory role: He was contracted by one of the world’s leading auditing and consulting companies to advise German and international clients, and led hospitals, institutions and pharmaceutical companies to even greater success through effective restructuring measures. In 2001, he was appointed Director for Strategic Planning for a large communal hospital group.
Main consulting areas:
Organizational development, strategic advice, personnel development, feasibility analyzes for institutions and companies in the health care sector, mediation and conflict counselling, joint ventures between institutions and the industry, creating integrated health care networks and systems.

Dr. Ralf Scholz
Managing Director and Partner
Dr. Ralf Scholz (*1960) is a business administration graduate (Diplom-Kaufmann) with many years of experience in controlling, marketing, HR management, resource management and in strategic corporate development. After holding various commercial management and executive positions, he eventually took the leap into self-employment in 1994, and set up his own business "Gesellschaft für Standortsicherung Unternehmensberatung GmbH" (with an emphasis on the cooperative and efficient restructuring of industrial companies and hospitals) in 1996.
Main consulting areas:
Supporting reorganization, restructuring, cooperation and merger processes, the development of market- and competition-oriented strategies, commercial management of hospitals, homes for the elderly and nursing homes, social welfare facilities, the optimisation of controlling systems, the balance of interests.
